FAQ about Hydrotherapy
How long is a session?
All of our sessions last about 30 minutes for Hydrotherapy. Depending on their reaction, followed by a massage (Shantala Massage Session).
How can we make a booking?
Via the booking systems on our website.
25% is required to confirm booking
Payments?
Direct payment by cash or transfer also available.
Cancellations
For any paid appointment cancellation, we accept rescheduling of the session within one week from the date of the first canceled session. No refund after the one week rescheduling.
No show at session will result in full payment of scheduled session.
Gift Cards
Once a gift card is issued, they are non-refundable and non-transferable. All gift cards have an expiration date indicated on the card.
Before session
Baby should not be hungry or tired, otherwise he/she will not get the best out of the session
Last feeding should be minutes before session
Just vaccinated babies should wait 72 hours before attending a session
Baby should be fully recovered from flu, cough, fever etc. before scheduling a session
During session
Bubbles Spa will provide swim diapers, massage oil, bath towel and floating ring.

All babies will have their own bathtubs that are disinfected and sterilized after every session.
